STIR
STIR stands for Sabre Tooth Insert Rock. The STIR blade has a reduced tooth profile which allows for increased strength in field conditions where large amounts of rocks and debris are present while maintaining the same friction cutting as the STI. These blades also feature multiple insert configurations to ensure performance based on customer needs, soils, conditions and management practices. The STIR is applicable in shallow and deep tillage operations.
